Zvi's annotated reading of the Air Street State of AI report is the most disciplined safety-adjacent commentary on 2025. He grades last year's predictions, registers his own with explicit probabilities, and is unusually direct about where the safety community has lost ground — the collapse of international coordination, the labs walking back commitments, the funding gap.
